Teachers are at the heart of innovation and implementation. This professional learning accelerator is working to support educators acting as catalysts in their schools or communities through the deployment of microgrants. We believe that by investing in the ideas of our teachers we generate place-based, sustainable change for their students.

Educator Innovation Fund

How it Works.

Who should apply?

We will make a call as funds become available. Any teacher with an impactful idea for their students, school or community is welcome to apply given they fit the parameters of the call (e.g. some funds might have stipulations around geographic regions or project scope). We are looking for ideas that long-term, sustainable, and create meaningful change for students.

How much is the microgrant worth?

Microgrants might range from 500-1000 dollars or euros based on the call to action. Exact details will be given prior to applying. In the application you will need to outline how you will use funds to materialize your idea.

How much time will this take?

Projects vary. The accelerator takes places during the life of your academic year. Please expect to spend one hour per month on check-ins or coaching sessions so we can best support you with the implementation of your project.

Can I work with someone?

Absolutely. We believe community partnerships are key to making many ideas come to life. Please apply as an individual educator and let us know of the partners you hope to work with to achieve your vision.
